Paintvale Village: delete your account and data

This page explains how to delete your Paintvale Village account (a game by Pocket Lantern Games) and the data stored in the cloud.

An account only exists if you used Sign in with Google in Settings > Cloud save. Otherwise the game keeps nothing on our servers, and uninstalling the app erases everything.

In the app (right away)

1. Open Paintvale Village and tap Settings.

2. Under Cloud save, tap Delete account and cloud data.

3. Confirm with your Google account. The account and the cloud copy are deleted right away.

Without the app (by e-mail)

If you no longer have the app, write to hyoho920219@gmail.com with the subject "Delete account" from the e-mail of the Google account used in the game. We delete the account and data within 30 days and confirm by e-mail.

What is deleted

Deleted: the game account (Firebase identifier and the e-mail linked to it) and the cloud copy of your progress (pictures, drops, village and settings). None of it is kept after deletion.

Not affected: the progress saved on your device (erase it by uninstalling the app), purchases made through Google Play or the App Store (the store keeps that history) and ad and analytics data handled by Google, described in the Privacy policy.
