Acceptance

By using Paintvale Village by Pocket Lantern Games, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for entertainment. Artwork, sounds, trademarks and code belong to Pocket Lantern Games. Pictures you paint may be shared freely for personal, non-commercial use.

Drops and virtual items

Drops, tools, unlocked pictures and village pieces are virtual items with no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money and are only valid inside the app. Refund requests follow Google Play or App Store rules, in addition to your statutory rights.

Paintvale Club subscription

The Paintvale Club is an auto-renewing subscription (weekly, monthly or yearly). Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase and renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before renewal.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Google Play or App Store account settings. When a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you subscribe. Cancelling does not refund the current period, except where required by law.

Content and availability

We may add, change or remove pictures and features to improve the game. Some pictures need an internet connection to download once. We do not guarantee the app will always be available or error-free, but we work hard toward it.

Fair use

You may not modify, copy, reverse-engineer or exploit bugs in the app to obtain items without paying, nor use it in ways that break the law or others' rights.

Limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Pocket Lantern Games is not liable for indirect damages arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Significant changes will be announced in the app or on this page. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the new version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without prejudice to consumer rights granted by the laws of your country.
